To avoid outrageous international parcel shipping costs and high import taxes, your order will arrive in two separate deliveries.

Delivery 1: The Book. Your book will be printed by a local facility in your country and shipped directly to your door. To make this possible, your copy will feature a beautiful, high-quality digitized signature bookplate printed directly into the book.

Timeline: Please allow approximately 5 business days for printing, plus an additional 5–8 business days for local delivery.

Tracking: Yes, you will receive local tracking for the book!

Delivery 2: The Swag. Your physical bookmark and an extra signed bookplate will be mailed personally by me from the US via First Class International "Snail Mail."

Timeline: International letter mail can take anywhere from 5 to 21 days to arrive, meaning your swag will likely arrive after your book.

Tracking: No tracking is available for the swag envelope. Please keep a close eye on your regular letter mail! If it has been more than 21 days since your book arrived and your swag is still missing, please reply to your order confirmation email so I can make it right!

A quick note on shipping:
Because your book is printed and shipped by a local partner to save you on international shipping costs, I don't control the final delivery carrier. If your tracking stalls or the book seems lost, please contact your local postal carrier first! If they cannot resolve it, shoot me an email at hello[at]evelynembers[dot]com so I can step in and contact the printer. Please be aware that replacements cannot be issued for packages that are stolen after being marked as successfully delivered.
